Two urbanized plots – Sveti Stefan, Budva

Urban-construction land in Budva, cadastral municipality Sveti Stefan, settlement Pržno-Podličak. Two urban parcels consisting of four cadastral plots, with a total area of 993 m², as well as an additional plot of 220 m², made up of two cadastral plots (total of 1,213 m²). The land is located in the exclusive settlement of Pržno-Podličak, near Pržno Beach (1 km distance). The plot offers a wide view of the open sea and the eastern side of the island of Sveti Nikola.
