Hotel Royal Ulcinj

Ulcinj is the southernmost city in Montenegro, where the Adriatic coast seems untamed when compared with the resort areas along the Montenegrin Riviera.  Ulcinj also has the longest, most glorious beaches on the Adriatic coast, rivaling most other cities in terms of the sheer number of beaches.  Appropriately enough, the beach is called “Long Beach”. In the vicinity of this area is the location “Royal Hotel”. Being close to Ada Bojana, a stunning sandy island in the middle of a river, with semi-private beaches and a reputation for exclusivity, makes this an ideal location for tourism development.  

The offered location enables the investor a possibility to start the development of a four plus star hotel immediately. The location has all the necessary licenses as well as the project plans for a hotel devolvement of 2865 square meters. The project envisages 32 apartments, large restaurant both of guests of the hotel as well as outside catering and events. Furthermore, the amenities  include an outdoor pool, conference hall, spa, parking and other facilities. 

The main idea behind this project is that all natural resources of Ulcinj will be used and fused into one unique Hotel in order to have it working all year around. The planned program entities are for: -public activities, vacation and relaxation of guests (hotel-spa wellness part), rehabilitation and medical treatment of patients (accommodation, hydro and physiotherapy) amusement and different manifestations (conventions, business, banquet etc..)
