Hotel Galeb

Location for construction of hotel can be founded in the most southern Montenegrin municipality of Ulcinj, town with highest number of sunny days, where the season of swimming and sunbathing can last for six months.  

Surface of previous hotel Galeb which is demolished in order to construct new five start hotel comprised 12 804 m2. On mentioned location, previous hotel had a surface of 11 160 m2 as well as five villas that were included in this area with total surface of 1 644 m2.

The total surface of the urban parcel comprises 42,500 m2, and the financial investment in the beach part presents the form of rent towards the Public Enterprise Coastal Zone. The total surface of the tourist complex comprises  46,935 m2 in a maximum of 16 levels.  

Location of planned hotel is by the sea shore. Hotel has its own beach and marina with 30 berths, and main town square is 500 m away.
